Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed the same day (excluding weekends, public holidays, and orders placed before 4 PM) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Delivery in Switzerland

Our shipping times are as follows:

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4 PM will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed Monday through Friday after 4 PM will be shipped the next day.

Orders placed Friday after 4 PM through Sunday evening will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
During school holidays, shipments may be delayed by up to one week. Thank you for your understanding.

During the holiday season, any order placed before 4 PM on December 20th (business day) will be shipped the same day.

During the holiday season, any order placed after 4 PM on December 20th (business day) will be shipped on the first business day of January.

Carrier: Swiss Post
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carrier and in no way the responsibility of MELANIN WORLD. Therefore, no action can be taken in the event of a delay.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of purchase.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@melanin-world.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate.
