Order processing

Each order is made and prepared by hand within 6 to 7 days of your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and public holidays, with a 4 pm cut-off. You will receive another notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery within Switzerland

After dispatch, delivery generally takes 2 to 3 working days.

During the end-of-year holiday period, orders placed by 20 December on a working day before 4 pm will be processed within 72 hours.

During the end-of-year holiday period, orders placed on 21 December on a working day will be processed on the first working day of January.

International delivery times

International delivery: 12 to 15 working days.
Carrier: Swiss Post.

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carrier and not of Melanin Hair. Consequently, no action may be brought against Melanin Hair for failure to meet these delivery times.

Shipping charges and estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?

When your order has been processed, we will email you a notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 7 days for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 15 days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact info@melanin-hair.ch with your name and order number so we can look into it.
